These Terms of Service govern your use of darma.com and any purchase you make from DARMA MENS LTD ("DARMA", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products and pricing

We describe our products and prices as accurately as we can. Colors may vary slightly by screen. We may correct errors in pricing or descriptions and may cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

2. Orders

An order is accepted when it ships. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or exceed reasonable quantities, and will refund any payment for a cancelled order.

3. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment processors. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

4. Discounts and offers

Offers apply only under their stated terms and dates. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and, unless stated, cannot be combined. We may end or change an offer at any time.

5. Shipping and risk

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier's delivery address.

6. Returns, exchanges and warranty

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Defects are covered by the DARMA Limited Lifetime Warranty at darma.com/pages/warranty.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the DARMA name, logos, images, text and designs, belongs to DARMA MENS LTD or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to collect data from it by automated means.

10. Disclaimer

The site and products are provided as is, except as stated in our warranty and as required by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DARMA's liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies to purchases made while it is posted.
