CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Solid metal, always restorable.

Cast by hand. Small casting imperfections are intentional, part of the handcrafted process.

Oxidized by hand. Oxidizing the silver gives each one a unique hand-finished detail.

Still changing. The oxidation of the silver continues naturally with time.

Take it off first. Chlorine, salt water, and sweat dull silver.

Keep it clear. Perfume, lotion, and cleaners go on before it does.

Store it dry. A pouch or a closed box, away from the bathroom.

Clean it gently. Warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. Dry it fully, then a soft cloth on the high points.

Never dip it. The black in the recesses is the finish, not tarnish. A silver dip or polishing compound strips it.

Shipping. US Standard Shipping: $8.95, 3 to 5 business days, free for DARMA members (join with your email for 10% off your first order). US Expedited Shipping: $19.95, 2 to 3 business days. International rates are shown at checkout. Every order ships from our warehouse in 1 to 2 business days.

Returns. Within 30 days from delivery, unworn, in the original packaging, and resalable. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping is not refunded.

Exchanges. A new size or color of the same item, at the same price, within 30 days from delivery, unworn, in the original packaging, and resalable. Free for DARMA members, with a prepaid label.

Holiday orders. Orders placed November 1 to December 24 can be exchanged, or returned by the original purchaser, through January 15, or 30 days from delivery, whichever is later.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Lifetime Warranty. Covered for the life of the item against defects in materials and workmanship, on every item except the cologne. If we made it wrong, we repair or replace it. Solid 925 sterling silver, never plated, coated, or steel underneath, and stamped 925. Real metal all the way through, and always restorable.
Handcrafted Quality
Each item is cast in Bali, oxidized black, then polished back by hand on the high surfaces. The black stays in the recesses on purpose, so every one reads raw, not shiny, and no two are exactly alike.
Lifetime Warranty
Covered for life against defects in materials and workmanship. If we made it wrong, we repair or replace it. Oxidation deepening with time is the finish aging as designed, not a defect.
