CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Full-grain leather darkens and softens with wear. That patina is the point.

Wipe it clean. A soft, damp cloth, then let it air-dry away from heat.

Keep it dry. If it gets soaked, let it dry on its own. A hair dryer or radiator cracks leather.

Condition it. Once or twice a year, a small amount of neutral leather conditioner.

Don't overstuff it. Leather shapes itself to what it holds. Keep it lean and it keeps its line.

Shipping. US Standard Shipping: $8.95, 3 to 5 business days, free for DARMA members (join with your email for 10% off your first order). US Expedited Shipping: $19.95, 2 to 3 business days. International rates are shown at checkout. Every order ships from our warehouse in 1 to 2 business days.

Returns. Within 30 days from delivery, unworn, in the original packaging, and resalable. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping is not refunded.

Exchanges. A new size or color of the same item, at the same price, within 30 days from delivery, unworn, in the original packaging, and resalable. Free for DARMA members, with a prepaid label.

Holiday orders. Orders placed November 1 to December 24 can be exchanged, or returned by the original purchaser, through January 15, or 30 days from delivery, whichever is later.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Lifetime Warranty. Covered for the life of the item against defects in materials and workmanship, on every item except the cologne. If we made it wrong, we repair or replace it.
